Body Mind Fit programs are holistic in design and science driven to get the best results for you. Preventing injuries is a key focus, so all programs are based on a thorough assessment process, ensuring we start with the right level and exercises for you. Our programs cover strength training, mobility, nutrition and fat loss, with the main goal to improve your physical condition and capacity.
Improving your strength and movement quality, allows you to enjoy more activities with increased energy and less risk. As an Exercise Scientist, adapting programs safely and effectively, is key to progressing your health over time. Fat loss / Nutrition
I always coach holistically with my clients and for weight loss, adjusting the food intake will lead to the best results. I provide a food log that you fill in and each week we can discuss areas to work on. Additionally, areas of stress management, social, sleep and recovery techniques are always addressed as part of the multiple aspects of health.
Training program
On the training side, I ask for a minimum of 6 weeks of training with one hourly session per week in the studio. Each week, I will ask you to repeat the same workout at home or gym and we will do a new program the following week. I will provide a written program as well as videos to ensure you have all the tools to ensure good technique for yourself.
The coaching process is all about ensuring correct form and understanding which muscles should be working and the purpose of each exercise. Making sure you are moving well is the basis for our programming moving forward and reduces the chance of injuries.
